Shipping, returns & contact

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Some licensed items can only be sold and shipped in the U.S. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders ship directly from our supplier's warehouse, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages. Most orders ship within [1 to 3] business days after payment. Large or special items can take longer, and we will email you if that happens. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after the order ships. Rural and remote areas, holidays and weather can add time. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships. We recommend a street address. Some items cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, and PO box deliveries can take 2 to 3 extra business days. Shipping for large items is included in the price shown unless checkout says otherwise. Please inspect large deliveries and note any damage with the carrier. Questions? Returns & refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. Email support@experiencemagicworks.com with your order number before sending anything back. Returns must be authorized in advance. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging with all original labels attached, and the return must include the name of the person who placed the order. Send the item back within 30 days of the date we authorize the return. Refunds do not include original or return shipping and handling, and a 15% restocking fee is deducted. You pay return shipping. Damaged or defective items: contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging, and we will repair, replace or refund it. Not returnable: personalized items, and any item whose description says it cannot be returned. For animatronic, electrical or lighting items, contact us before returning anything.
