Who we are

What we collect

When you place an order we collect the items you ordered, your name, delivery address and phone number, your email address and an order reference.

Payment card details are collected by Stripe, Inc. on its own hosted payment page. They never reach our systems.

Aggregate, anonymous usage counts (page views, items added to the bag, checkouts) that do not identify you and use no cookies.

If you write to us through the contact form we keep your name, email address, your message and any order reference you give.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfil and ship your order, to send you emails about it (confirmation, shipment and refund), to answer your questions, to handle fraud and payment disputes, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

We use what you send through the contact form only to answer you.

Who we share it with

Stripe, Inc. to take payment.

Our suppliers, who ship orders directly to you and receive your name, delivery address, phone number and the items you ordered.

Resend to deliver our order emails to you.

MonsterASP.NET, which hosts our systems.

Authorities, when the law requires it. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and local storage

We use only what is strictly necessary to run the store: a token in your browser that remembers your bag, an access token for your order page, a security cookie that protects forms, a session cookie for our staff and, when another website sent you here, a session cookie that remembers it so we can show a link back. Our usage statistics do not use cookies: they are anonymous counts kept on our own systems. We use no third-party analytics and no advertising, so there is no cookie banner.

Retention

We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law require. Delivery addresses are kept no longer than needed for shipping and returns.

Messages sent through the contact form are kept while we deal with them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, where the law allows, by contacting us: email support@experiencemagicworks.com or call 9858709280. If you live in the EU, the UK or California you have further rights under the law there, and we will honour them.

Children

Our stores are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
