Merchant and contract

My Web Storefront LLC, doing business as MagicWorks sells the products in MagicWorks. Your order is accepted when your payment is confirmed. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a supplier cannot supply an item, we may cancel it and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the store's currency and are final at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe, Inc.. Taxes and shipping are shown before you pay.

Shipping

Orders are shipped by our suppliers. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Our return policy is on the policies page of this store. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Descriptions and images are a guide, and products may vary slightly from what is shown.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date shown at the top of this page says when they last changed; orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
